What is "Health Coaching?"
Transformation often requires a shift in perspective. A health coach can help facilitate that shift and bridge the gap between where you currently are and where you’d like to be.
As your holistic health coach, I will partner with you to help you find your own solutions and empower you to create sustainable, meaningful change.
We will take a holistic approach to health by exploring the various facets of life that either enrich you or deplete you. Through this exploration, you will decide what you need to do to nourish and balance your mind, body, and spirit.
You will begin by taking small right actions toward your goals while creating healthy habits and reshaping your approach to health.
I will be your coach and accountability partner supporting your journey and inspiring you to reach your self-determined goals.
